  • Happy Bounce offers Full Day rentals. We typically drop off between 8am - 2pm and pick up around 8pm. If your party is ending later we do offer an over night option. Someone will call you the day before your event with a more exact drop off time.

  • Yes. We require a $25 credit card deposit to secure your rentals for your event date. Deposits are non refundable.

  • If there is a 50% or greater chance for rain and you decide to cancel, you will get a raincheck good for u to one year. Cancelations must be made prior to delivery. Refunds or discounts will not be given once the unit is delivered. Most of the time it will not rain during the hours of your party. Call the day before and let us know that you are considering canceling your rental. If the forecast is for scattered showers, we recommend you still take the Moonwalk and let the party go on. If the forecast is for rain all day, we will encourage you to cancel your rental.

  • If they are calling for high winds of 20 mph or over we reserve the right to decline to set up the inflatable. Your children's safety is our number 1 concern.

  • If it rains and winds are less than 15mph, leave the inflatable unit up. Once the rain stops, wipe down the inside of the inflatable unit and let the kids back in. Please be careful as the vinyl gets very slippery when wet, so make sure it is dry. If winds are more than 15mph the inflatable unit must be deflated.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or cash.

  • To avoid a cleaning fee please no food or drink, no silly string or sand, no water on dry units. No shoes, no sharp objects, no medical conditions including pregnancy,  no pets no wrestling/roughhousing, no hanging on the netting, no flips.

    What comes with the rental

  • Delivery and set up is free for Detroit and surrounding areas. We do charge a delivery fee for areas beyond a 10 mile radius of Detroit MI. Call us for exact delivery fees.

  • Yes we are fully insured.

  • The safest place is a level grassy area. However, we can accommodate almost any surface. We can also set up indoors. Please indicate what type of surface the unit will be set up on when ordering to ensure a smooth delivery.

  • Your rental includes the unit of your choosing, the blower to power the unit , and a 50ft extension cord.

  • Our inflatable units plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the unit should be no more than 75ft from that outlet. If you are setting up in an area where there is no electricity you will need to rent a generator. 

  • We cannot supply water. If you are renting a water unit you must have running water on site. Please ensure that your water spicket is in working condition. You will need to supply a water hose that is long enough to reach the area that you want the unit set up in. If you need a water hose we rent them for $15.

  • We charge a $150 fee for park set ups.
